Bonus: Simple workout routine

Here is a simple workout routine that you can do while on vacation in Costa Rica.

Be sure to drink water during and after your workouts, and for an extra boost, opt for green tea as opposed to coffee.

  • Warm-up for 5 minutes (High knee jogging or jumping jacks on the spot)

  • Do 30 pushups (or however many you can do)

  • Do 20 sit ups 

  • Do 25 bodyweight squats 

  • 20-30-second abdominal bicycle kicks

  • 15-30 second plank

  • 20 mountain climbers

Rest for 1 minute between sets, repeat four times. After you finish, stretch for 5 minutes.
